RowGold ("we", "us") collects as little personal information as possible and never sells it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, subscribe to the newsletter, or create a membership. It is stored and sent through our newsletter provider (for launch updates, the weekly money-car email, and account notices). One email per request — no spam, ever.
• Privacy-friendly analytics — we use an analytics tool that does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles. We see aggregate page views, not your identity.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see, store, or touch them. We only retain the fact of your subscription, its plan, and its status.
• Optional sales data — if you connect your eBay account to use the ROI dashboard, we read your listing and sale records solely to power your dashboard and to improve our valuation model in aggregate. Your individual sales are never published or shared.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We do not run third-party advertising on this site, so there is no ad-tech data pipeline to feed.

Cookies

We keep cookies minimal: a session cookie if you log in as a member, and whatever our privacy-friendly analytics uses (no cross-site tracking). No advertising cookies, no data-broker pixels.

How we use your information

• To operate your membership and process payments (via Stripe).
• To send the emails you asked for — launch updates, the weekly money-car email, account and billing notices.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and rankings members find useful, so we can improve the product.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email [email protected] with "Data request" in the subject line and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data will cancel any active membership; billing records we are legally required to keep (e.g., for tax purposes) are retained in anonymized form only where required.

Data security

We use HTTPS everywhere, limit internal access to member data, and rely on PCI-DSS-compliant Stripe for all payment handling. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects your rights, we will email members before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
